Today was the relaunch for @cafeaficionado_la which I had the honor and pleasure of leading the cafe owners @abbymcua68 and Reggie through a transformation with Spiritual Interior Design and Pranic Feng Shui. 🙏🏼🤎✨ #pranichealing Thank you for trusting my vision and being so open & communicative with this major transformation. I had so much fun getting to know you better and to see these changes not just for your cafe but for you both (& Sean) as well. PS - You have incredible employees. It was a pleasure to get to know them and spend time with them too.

My heart is full of gratitude with the support of my @innerbloomcollective333 family that painted and also energetically cleansed and blessed the cafe. 🙏🏼🌸💕 It literally takes a village and this is mine. 🥰

I could feel the downpour of energy and the visualization I had of the Lord Buddha was so powerful. Thank you Master Glenn & Master Marilag and the Center for Pranic Healing. Atma Namaste! ✨💖✨

This is a self-reflection tool to remind us of the 8 Limbs of Yoga and to assess where we are currently with our Yamas and Niyamas in our own yoga practice and personal journey.
